"The first technician who came out late Friday took an inordinately long time to diagnose the trouble. After isolating the problem to the control board, she said there might be a problem getting a new one on the weekend. I had to initiate a call to find out the status the next day. A second technician came out and quickly isolated the problem to the control board as well. Fortunately, a control board was available on Monday, and the repair was made on Tuesday. So, first call didn't leave me a happy camper, but Amado, the technician on the second dispatch and the repair did a nice job."

"The technician was great and very helpful, however I did not sign the receipt I was emailed and was not asked to sign it by the employees who came out. I also thought that it was quite unprofessional to automatically send out a sales person on a service call. Why would a sales person need to come before anything not functioning properly had been discovered. He also did not present himself as sales until I asked what he did since he was clearly not dressed as a tech. This has eroded my trust in your company and makes me doubt the diagnosis given. This would be like taking my car in for an oil change and being told that it might only last a year, but I could buy a new one now. This is a sleezy sales tactic. I will be considering whether or not I will continue my maintenance contrast in light of this."

I called after a few hours and the customer service rep said that I will be receiving a call with an update after a few more hours went by without a call I called the sales rep and he told me that they had to reschedule due to lack of materials. As of today (3rd day) I haven't received a call yet to schedule the next appointment to get the job finished."

Komfort Air Service Experts demonstrated they care about the customer experience with my most recent upgrade to the EL18XCV and SL280UH equipment. Installation day was a challenge. But, management listened to my concerns and put a plan in motion to make things right. They sent the master technician Mike Long. He used his 16+ years of experience with Service Experts servicing Lennox equipment to figure out and solve the communication problem and get our family air in time for Labor Day weekend. His personality and professionalism are top notch. He cares about getting things right. From the moment I received his call that he was on his way until he completed the work he maintained a positive outlook that instilled confidence in me that he was going to figure it out and he did. Mike is a welcome sight whenever I need HVAC service."

"Initial assessment poorly done......tech did not have proper equipment...freon sniffer was dead and could not use, guessed at the leak and told me that it would take 2 to 3 months to get the part. (What part, coil, compressor valves ect.?)....did not see obvious leak coming from the compressor.......Jason....was also at initial visit and this where I think that Antwon got the 2 to 3 months thing. ......Jason called me and said same thing about part with high pressure tactic to get me to buy new total unit....over talked me when I asked questions, stating that I would get unit for free....took long time for me to finally find out what a new unit would cost.....check your recordings........poor office management (made me wait all day stating that service man was coming out. (Initially 12 to 2) I had to call twice to find out where service man was.....around 6PM, I called office again for service and (MIKE) no show...at same time that I was on the phone and told that Mike was on the way, I received a call on another phone from Armond stating that he was on the way and one hour away....confusion.....I had told the secretary on one of the calls, that it was raining at my place.....sent out Armon anyway...he came out and did nothing because it was raining. Very poor service initial contact, and office scheduling and salesman very poor."

"We have a 3 yr maintenance contract and I will think hard about whether I renew it for a couple of reasons. 1) when going through my service call records, I noticed that on several occasions a follow up call was required to fix a subsequent issue that was supposed to be resolved during the first call. I realize that the technician is trying to quickly resolve an issue but it appears that a little more attention to a units overall condition could save both the homeowner and the technicians time. 2) the amount of suggestion sell is frustrating. It is now hard for us to tell when our units really need a repair or is it just up-selling us. It is unfortunate because I would really like to believe that our technician has our best interest in mind and not the companys bottom line."

"I am appalled that you would send a sales person on an annual tech visit, and after a very short period of time inform me that my furnace and A/C unit need to be replaced. from the sales rep " if this unit was in a public area we would need to shut down the place". Granted my unit is approaching it time limit, but I found your sales and service techniques very unprofessional and fraudulent. I called another company for a second opinion and the critical cracked heat exchange did not exist on my furnace, so the pictures on his phone were a straight up lie. and the leaking A/C condensor--the tech on day 2 showed me clearly that the cover had never been removed on the A/C unit--so the cleaning and inspection was never done. I am very very disappointed with this deceptive treatment!"

"I was told my AC was shot and it wasn't even safe to turn on. I found this odd since it ran fine last year. Then a salesman showed up giving several options to replace not only my AC but furnace. I said I would think it over. I then had two other HVAC companies inspect it and they both said it was fine. It has been running without issue. I do not like doing business with companies with dishonorable approaches to business. I will never use your company again."

"Not 100% unit needed to be replaced, but we decided to take advantage of the savings. We previously did the same with Killingsworth, and found this experience to be much lower quality workmanship. Dustin installed a new thermostat, accidentally removing our CPI thermostat. That was resolved, but Antionne told us that he should have used a plate behind the new thermostat to cover the unpainted wall, rather than leaving it exposed. The leveling of the ground outside looks very bad and likely to wash away given the way it was built up. My husband is going to work on putting something around it to prevent erosion. They wore masks, and I will admit to being very picky because of our high risk infant, but at least one time Randy didn't have a mask when entering the house and two other times it was falling below his nose and not effective. All-in-all, we are just not sure that the service provided was as high as previously experienced. Hopefully, the unit runs well and we have no further issues."

Once the technicians were able to get the machine operable, they were able to clear some of the line; however, upon attempting to extract the clearing line from my pipes, the machine again malfunctioned which caused extra and unnecessary work for the technicians. The good news was that the drain line must have opened a bit as my draining was a little better. The technicians were very good and I appreciate their hard, but unnecessary, work."
